Sales Centre

The Modern PURAIR™ Sales Center is designed to allow our franchise partners to focus on their business without regular interruptions. Sales will be discreetly submitted to you via a method of your choice - email, fax, or even messaging through your Blackberry.

• How much does it cost to purchase a Modern PURAIR™ franchise?

  The fee for a Modern PURAIR™ franchise is $75,000. This fee is based upon a territory which outlines a population density of approximately 80,000 people or more. These territories are studied and produced by our demographics research analysis team. In some cases, territories which support a smaller population will be tailored to that jurisdiction and the franchise fee would be reduced and/or negotiated.

• What is included in the cost of the franchise?

  A Modern PURAIR™ franchise is systematically sold a turn-key operation. This would include the following:

• What types of qualifications does Modern PURAIR™ seek in a franchise candidate?

  Modern PURAIR™ success is based upon who we award an invite to our system. We invite motivated, entrepreneurial and ambitiously driven individuals, to explore this ground level opportunity. Previous experience within the HVAC industry is not required.

• How long does the application process take?

  Generally the process takes anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on your financing requirements. That being said, it's a good idea to have financing in place when applying. We estimate from document signing to first day in business is generally 90 days (training is facilitated within that time).
